Maintenance of folding machine:
Daily maintenance:
1) Clean the surrounding environment and the machine itself;
2) Check whether the firmware is loose and worn, whether the operation is abnormal sound, whether the electric eye travel switch is normal and effective;
3) Jackknife guide rod, bakelite block add oil once (30# oil about two drops);
4) Wipe the dust on each eye with a clean soft cloth and clean the surrounding paper scraps.
Weekly maintenance:
1) Front gauge and paper gauge support guide rod with a small amount of oil;
2) Fill the butter nozzle of the air pump with high-temperature grease and clean the air filter in the air pump.
Monthly maintenance:
1) Add butter to each butter nozzle of the machine;
2) Add primary oil to the support and sliding parts that adjust the pressure of the folding roll;
3) Fill the camshaft transmission parts chain wheel with oil;
4) Clean the dust on each fence board and adjust the common parts of the fence to the best working function;
5) Clean or check whether the working state of the solenoid valve is normal;
6) Turn off the folding machine power for 10 minutes, clean the dust and paper scraps of the electric box, and see if there is any abnormal phenomenon such as loose thread, falling off (if conditions can be accompanied by an electrician);
7) Adjust the pulley or check the tension (tightness) of all paper conveyor belts to the appropriate position;
8) Clean the inside of the machine and mop the ground around the machine to keep the inside of the machine and the ground free of excess oil dirt to prevent electrical fire;
9) Check whether the air pump motor is hot. Please ask the electrician to check whether the circuit is normal and effective.
